摘要
提出了一种基于区域电网信息的变电站二次直流失电保护系统,以解决变电站保护系统二次直流电源消失后站内或其出线发生系统故障时无法快速切除故障的问题。以变电站为对象,提出了区域保护主站-子站保护系统的概念及其构建方式,并据此描述了变电站二次直流电源消失的判别方法以及直流失电保护的整体方案。RTDS试验结果表明,所提出的变电站二次直流失电判别方法以及保护方案,可以准确地识别变电站二次直流失电状态并快速隔离其失电区域内的故障。
When the power system substation or its transmission line occurs system fault after substation's secondary DC power has lost, the stability of the system will be reduced because the protection device can't isolate the fault quickly. In order to solve this problem, a protection system of substation's secondary DC power loss based on regional power grid information is presented, which is oriented to substation. The regional master-sub-substation control system's concept and its construct mode, the judgment of substation's secondary DC power loss, as well as the whole program of secondary DC power loss protection, are introduced in detail. The confirmatory test based on the RTDS simulation indicates that the presented judgment of substation's secondary DC power loss and whole program have superior performance, which can correctly judge substation's secondary DC power loss state and quickly isolate the fault in the area.
