摘要
由国家教育发展研究中心与北京科技大学合作进行的《2015年人力资源强国竞争力评价报告》表明,2012年,中国在54个有完整数据的国家中居于第14位,具备了成为人力资源强国的核心优势。中国已超越了部分发达国家,正在跨越门槛,并将成为进入人力资源强国行列的第一个发展中国家。从现存的不足来看,中国人力资源强国建设的"二元结构"特征明显,人力资源开发能力不足,形成中国人力资源竞争力的薄弱环节。
By national center for education development research and Beijing University of science and technology cooperated for "the power of human resources competitiveness evaluation report in 2015" shows that China in 54 with complete data in the country ranks the 14 bit and has become the core advantage of human resources in the country. China has gone beyond some developed countries, and will become the first developing country to enter the ranks of the power of human resources.
