大学战略规划的理论问题是高教研究领域的基础问题,也是院校研究中的核心问题。因为它直接关系着大学发展战略的编制,并影响到大学未来的发展前途。但目前的研究现状并不乐观,典型表现为人们在大学战略理论上缺乏共识,关键是缺乏合理、清晰的分类标准,从而使其成为教育研究中的"理论黑箱"。我们可以从理论基础、理论取向、具体理论以及具体技术四个层面论证大学战略的理论体系,并进一步将大学战略理论划分为应急模式、建构模式、防御模式和分析模式四种基本范式。这对于澄清大学战略的基本理论体系、促进未来高校的持续发展具有重大的理论意义与实践价值。

The theory of university strategy is one of the basic problems in higher education, and it is the core problem in the institutional research. Because it is directly related to the formulation of university strategy, and profoundly affects the university development in future. But the current theoretical research is not optimistic, the typical performance of the above phenomenon is that many people are lake of basic consensus on university strategic theory, and a reasonable and clear classification standard. Therefore, the theory of university strategy becomes a ＂black box＂ in education research. We demonstrate the theoretical system of university strategy in four aspects of theoretical basis, theoretical approach, specific theory and the specific technical according to the theory orientation. The theory of university strategy can be further divided into four basic paradigms of emergency mode, construction mode, defense mode and analysis mode. There are important significance for clarifying university strategy theory and promoting university sustainable development.
