摘要 教育治理是近年来在教育领域内人们关注比较多的一个热点话题,可对究竟如何治理与如何有效治理,人们却在不断争论。其实,要想达到有效治理的目的,必须构建一个有效的教育治理体系,而这一体系必须围绕以下几个重要维度来构建:治理目标、治理原则、治理主体、治理机制、治理保障、治理效果的评价。 In recent years, education governance has been one of the great concerns in the domain of education. However, disputes abound in terms of two major issues: how to govern exactly and how to govern effectively. As a matter of fact, in order to achieve the purpose of effective governance, there have to be, in the first place, an effective education governance system. The construction of the system has to be taken into consideration the following critical dimensions: the objective of governance, the principle of governance, the subject of governance, the mechanism of governance, the insurance of governance, and the evaluation of governance effect.
