摘要
经过文献梳理和医案回顾性整理,探讨新安王氏内科流派论治带下病经验:重视奇经论治;重视健脾化湿;重视清肝调营。同时临证中善用对药,每获佳效:山药、白果、芡实;乌贼骨,白鸡冠花;龙骨、牡蛎;石决明、龟版;杜仲、续断;白蔹、椿樗白皮、败酱草等。
To discuss the experience on leukorrheal diseases of Xin＇an WANG＇s Medicine School by literature and review. On the one hand,they pay attention to eight extra- channels and strengthening spleen and resolving dampness as well as clearing liver and regulating Ying phase. On the other hand,pair drugs are often used to improve the efficacy,such as Shanyao- Baiguo- Qianshi; Wuzeigu- Baijiguanhua; Longgu- Muli; Shijueming- Guiban; Duzhong- Xuduan; Bailian- Chunyue Baipi- Baijiangcao and so on.
