回神颗粒对中度创伤性脑损伤大鼠神经行为学及体重的影响 被引量:1

Research of Huishen Granule Influence on Neurological Severity Score and Weight on Moderate Traumatic Brain Injury Model Rats

摘要 目的:通过神经损伤评分(NSS)评分和体重测量,探讨回神颗粒减轻TBI的作用机制。方法:应用液压性脑损伤装置建立中度TBI模型,创伤压力为(170±10)k Pa,作用时间为(20±2)ms,随机将大鼠分为6组:正常组、假手术组、模型3 d组、模型7 d组、治疗3 d组、治疗7 d组。治疗3 d组和治疗7 d组于创伤后即刻用2 m L药液(含回神颗粒0.27 g)灌胃一次,此后再分别于每日早晚各灌胃一次,每次2 m L药液。分别于创伤后1 d、3d、7 d对正常组、假手术组、模型7 d组和治疗7 d组进行NSS量表评分;分别于创伤后1 d、3 d对模型3 d组和治疗3 d组进行NSS评分。分别于造模前和取材前称取每只动物的体重。观察NSS评分和体重的变化。结果:与正常组和假手术组比较,模型3 d组、模型7 d组、治疗3 d组、治疗7 d组各时间点NSS评分明显降低(P<0.01)。但与模型3 d组和模型7 d组的NSS评分相比较,治疗3 d组和治疗7 d组的NSS评分明显提高,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。与正常组体重比较,模型组动物体重下降,具有明显差异(P<0.01);治疗组动物体重无明显下降(P>0.05)。比较每组动物造模前和取材前体重,发现模型组体重下降,具有明显差异(P<0.01);治疗组体重有所增加,具有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:回神颗粒能明显改善TBI大鼠NSS评分,改善神经功能;促进大鼠的生长发育,减轻脑损伤。 Objective: Though the change of NSS and weight,this research deals with the mechanism of Huishen Granule alleviating moderate traumatic brain injury( TBI) model rats. Method: NSS was used to evaluate normal group,sham group,model 7 day group,experimental 7 day group after TBI 1 day,TBI 3 days,TBI 7 days. NSS was used to evaluate model 3 day group,experimental 3 day group after TBI 1 day,TBI 3 days. Weighed every rats at the time of establishing model and killing rats and observed the change of NSS and weight. Results: Compared with normal group and sham group,the NSS of model 3 day group,model 7 day group,experimental 3 day group and experimental 7 day group declined obviously( P〈0. 01). But compared with model 3 day group and model 7 day group,the NSS of experimental 3 day group and experimental 7 day group increased significantly( P〈0. 01). Compared with the killed rats' weights of the model 3day group and model 7 day group,both the experimental 3 day group and experimental 7 day group increased significantly( P〈0. 01). Conclusions: Huishen Granule can increase the grade of NSS,promote upgrouth and alleviate TBI.
