摘要
"异病同治"是仲景辨证论治体系的精髓,也是临床诊疗疾病的指南。以脑卒中后精神症状组群为出发点,阐述"异病同治"的理论渊源,探讨益肾调气法治疗卒中后焦虑、抑郁、痴呆的理论和实验基础,并在临床实践工作中实施"异病同治"。
Treating different diseases with the same method is the manifestation of determination of treatment based on differentiation of syndromes and it is also the clinical guidelines. In this paper,we began with the post- stroke spirit syndrome,tried to elaborate the origin of treating different diseases with the same method and discussed the theoretical basis of reinforcing kidney and regulating Qi in treating post- stroke anxiety,depression and vascular dementia. At last,we tried to use this theory in clinic.
