历代心与小肠藏象辨证论治理论发展沿革

Overview on Development of Heart- Small Intestine Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Base upon Visceral Theory

藏象学说是中医辨证论治的理论基础,而心、小肠藏象理论又是构成中医藏象理论的重要内容之一,是指导临床心、小肠辨证论治的重要理论依据。因而开展心、小肠藏象理论及辨证论治的文献整理研究具有极为重要的意义。从文献研究角度,对先秦秦汉时期、晋隋唐时期、宋金元时期及明清时期有关心与小肠藏象的认识作纵向的脉络梳理,包括藏象理论和辨治经验的发展,并对代表性医家的论述进行总结、分析,为进一步深入开展心小肠藏象辨证论治规律的整理研究提供思路。

In Traditional Chinese Medicine,the theoretical basis of treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the theory of visceral manifestation,in which,the part of heart- small intestine is one of the important contents. Therefore,the literature study and research of heart- small intestine syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the visceral manifestation theory is of great significance. In this article,from the perspective of literature research,the understanding and development of heart- small intestine syndrome based on the visceral manifestation theory in Pre- Qin,Qin and Han Dynasty,Jin,Sui and Tang Dynasty,Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasty,and Ming and Qing Dynasty was thoroughly reviewed. Moreover,different discussions from famous doctors were also summarized and analyzed,which provided new ideas to sum up the rule of heart- small intestine syndrome based on the visceral manifestation theory.
