中药“四君子汤”联合伽玛刀治疗复发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的临床观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Sijunzi Decoction Combined with Gamma Knife Radio- Surgery on Treating Recurrent Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma

目的:观察四君子汤联合伽玛刀治疗原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤复发病例患者的临床疗效、对免疫功能和患者生存质量的影响。方法:51例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤复发的患者随机分为治疗组(伽玛刀+中药四君子汤治疗组26例和对照组(伽玛刀组25例)。研究两组的近期疗效、免疫功能变化和生活质量。结果:相比对照组,治疗组肿瘤无疾病进展时间(PFS)和卡氏评分均更高(P<0.05),相比治疗前,治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和NK均有不同程度提高(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤联合伽玛刀在治疗原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤复发病例可以提高疗效、提升免疫功能和改善患者生存质量,值得进一步研究。

Objective： To observe the curative effect,the influence on immune function and quality of life（ QOL） of Sijunzi Decoction combined with gamma knife surgery on treating recurrent primary central nervous system lymphoma.Methods： 51 patients with recurrent primary central nervous system lymphoma were randomly divided into treatment group（ group of Sijunzi Decoction combined with gamma knife surgery,n = 26） and control group（ gamma knife surgery only,n= 25）. The short- time effect,immune function and the influence on QOL between the two groups were explored. Results： In comparison with control group,tumor progression free time（ PFS） and increase on Karnofsky Performance Status（ KPS） of treatment group were all higher（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋ / CD8＋ ratio and activity of natural killer（ NK） cells were all increased to different degrees in treatment group after therapy（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Sijunzi Decoction combined with gamma knife surgery on treating recurrent primary central nervous system lymphoma can improve the curative effect,QOL and immune function and it is deserved to be further explored.
