双胍类药物抑制肝糖输出,增加葡萄糖的利用和胰岛素敏感性,可与其他口服降糖药及胰岛素联合降糖。但与其他药物联用时,可能发生与酶药动学相关的反应,双胍类药物可致乳酸性酸中毒、肝毒性、低镁血症。该文就二甲双胍与其他药物的相互作用及不良反应作一概述。

Biguanides are known to inhibit glycogen output,increase the use of glucose,and enhance insulin sensitivity. In practice, the biguanides also work along with insulin and other oral medications. However,when it combined with other drugs, the enzymology pharmacokinetics actions may occur. Biguanides can cause lactic acidosis, hepatotoxicity, and hypomagnesemia. This paper will give an overview of the interactions and adverse reactions of metfonnin with other drugs.
