摘要
以脂肪醇(C_8、C_(12)和C_(16))和二苯醚为原料,在自制催化剂的催化下进行烷基化反应合成了烷基二苯醚并经减压蒸馏得到单烷基二苯醚。单烷基二苯醚经发烟硫酸(含20%游离SO3)磺化、Na OH水溶液中和后得到单烷基二苯醚双磺酸钠(MADS),产物用高效液相色谱、红外光谱以及电喷雾质谱进行了分析表征。研究了单烷基二苯醚双磺酸盐的表面性能及无机盐(Na Cl)对其表面性能的影响。结果表明,随着烷链长度的增加,单烷基二苯醚双磺酸钠的临界胶束浓度(cmc)逐渐减小,而临界胶束浓度处的表面张力值(γcmc)逐渐增加;随着Na Cl浓度的增加,单烷基二苯醚双磺酸钠的cmc及γcmc均降低。
Diphenyl oxide with different carbon chains were synthesized by the alkylation reaction of fatty alcohols(C8, C12, C16) and diphenyl oxide under the catalysis of a self-made catalyst. Monoalkyl diphenyl oxide were obtained by distilling the alkylation products under vacuum. Then monoalkyl diphenyl oxide were sulfonated with(20% free SO3) and neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution to obtain disodium monoalkyl diphenyl oxide disulfonate(MADS). The structure of product was identified by HLPC, infrared spectroscopy and electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry. The surface properties of MADS were systematically investigated, and the effect of inorganic salt(Na Cl) on the surface property of MADS was also studied. The results showed that the critical micelle concentration(cmc) decreased with the increase of alkyl chain length, while the γcmcshowed the contrast tendency. cmc and the γcmcdecreased with the increase of the concentration of Na Cl.
