摘要
采用逐步聚合法合成有机硅多元共聚柔软剂,探究投料比、反应时间和温度以及后续溶剂的选择对柔软剂性能的影响,得出最佳的合成工艺。同时与市售柔软剂进行对比,并对整理后的织物进行耐洗性和电镜检测。结果表明,所合成的柔软剂性能优良,具有一定的市场前景。
The synthesis of multi-copolymer silicone softener was carried out by stepwise polymerization. The effects of feed ratio, reaction time and temperature, and solvent on softener performance were studied to find out the optimal synthesized process. The comparison with the on-sale softener as well as the test of washing fastness and SEM results showed the excellent performance of self-made softener, which had market prospect.
