高效液相色谱法测定纺织品中三氯生质量分数的不确定度评定

Evaluation of uncertainty in determination of triclosan in textiles by high performance liquid chromatography method

利用高效液相色谱法测定纺织品中三氯生含量,对测量过程中的不确定度来源进行了详细分析,并对各分量进行评定,给出了标准的表示方法。在本次测量中,不确定度主要来自于标准曲线和重复性测量。

The factors affecting the uncertainty in determination of triclosan content in textiles by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method were analyzed and assessed in detail. The standard expression of measurement result was presented according to the metrology criterion. The main factors affecting the measuring result were the uncertainty of standard curve and repeated measurements.
