新入学医学生从医动机与职业认知调查分析

The investigation on motivation and professional cognition of new medical students

调查分析医学生当初选择学医的现状,学医愿望的强烈程度及父母的支持程度;入学后对职业的认知程度;对医患关系及医疗改革对医患关系影响的认知;对于未来选择医生这个职业的认知。尽管国内社会舆论环境对于医生职业造成一定影响,但医学生从医动机和职业认知仍保持良性状态。建议医学教育:努力维护医学生的职业热情,促使医学生对医学的认知更加全面,以实践教育为突破口增强学生的医学行为体验,进一步加强医学生职业道德教育,明确职业发展方向,积极正面引导医学生树立投入医学事业的理想和信念。

This investigation analyzes the present situation of medical students＇ choice,the strong degree of aspiration and the support degree of parents; the professional cognition degree after enrollment; the cognition and the influence of medical reform on the relationship between doctors and patients; the cognition of choosing medical profession. Despite the social environment of the medical profession caused certain effect,motivation and professional cognition is in healthy condition. It is suggested that medical education should work hard to maintain the enthusiasm,promote the more comprehensive medical cognition,enhance medical behavior experience through practical education,strengthen the professional ethics education,make the career direction clear,guide medical students to establish the ideals and beliefs actively.
