摘要 目的:探索案例教学法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)在口腔颌面医学影像学中应用的可行性。方法:试验教学组采用CBL教学法;对照组教学法采用传统小讲课方式。结果:CBL教学组优于传统教学组的理论考试成绩,且有显著性差异(P<0.01);问卷调查显示学生对CBL教学方法满意度较传统教学法高(P<0.01)。结论:CBL教学法有助于提高口腔颌面医学影像学教学质量。 Objective: To explore the feasibility of using case based learning in the teaching of oral and maxillofacial medical imaging.Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted. Results: There was a significant difference of composite score between the experimental group and control group( P 〈0. 01). The survey showed that students were more satisfied with CBL than the traditional method( P 〈0. 01). Conclusion: The CBL method is effective in improving the quality of teaching for the oral and maxillofacial medical imaging.
