案例讨论和设计性实验相结合的教学法在医学机能实验学中的应用

Using Case Discussion and Designed Experiment in Medical Functional Experiments

以医学机能实验学实验内容中动脉血压的神经和体液调节、失血性休克及抢救、尿液生成的影响因素为基础,设计教学案例,进行案例讨论,然后布置学生按照所讨论的案例,实验对象换成家兔,进行相关内容的实验设计、实验实施,使得案例讨论和设计性实验相结合。从而为在医学机能实验学教学过程中积极培养临床医学学生主动学习能力、创新能力、临床思维能力,促进学生对医学机能实验学基本技能掌握,为今后设计性课题的实现奠定坚实的基础。

Based on neural and humoral regulation of arterial blood pressure,hemorrhagic shock and rescue,influence factors of urine generation in the medical functional experiment science,the teaching cases were designed and discussed. According to the discussion of the case,the experimental object for rabbits,the students designed and implemented the experimental,so that combination the discussion of case and design of experiments. So as to cultivate the students learning ability,innovative ability and clinical thinking ability in the teaching process of medical functional experiment science,and promote basic skills of medical functional experiment science,and lay a solid foundation for the future design of the subject.
