This article puts forward the basic principles and methods of integration of tourism and intangible cultural heritage based on the analysis of the main models of the current intangible cultural heritage and tourism.There is a certain guiding significance to effectively solve the contradiction between heritage protection and development of business tourism and realize ＂win-win＂ effect.
