摘要
实验测定了活性炭对甲烷的体积吸附、质量吸附,研究了活性炭的比表面积、微孔比例、堆积密度、样品成型等因素对吸附性能的影响。结果表明,活性炭的吸附性能与比表面积、孔结构和堆积密度中的任何一个指标都没有绝对的规律地变化,只能确定微孔在对甲烷的吸附过程中起主导作用。同时活性炭的成型工艺能改变活性炭的微孔结构比例.从而在较大程度上改变吸附性能。在其他条件不变的情况下,吸储系统的充放速率和吸储压力都对活性炭吸附量影响较大。
The effects of activated carbon surface area,pore ratio of bulk density,and samples molding on the adsorption properties of methane were studied.The results showed that the adsorption performance of activated carbon with these indicators were not absolute changes regularly,only the micro-porous structure plays a leading role.With activated carbon molding process changing,the proportion of pore structure changed,which further changed the adsorption properties by a larger extent.In other conditions remaining unchanged,the charge-discharge rate and deposit-taking pressure systems were capable of storing a greater impact on the amount of activated carbon adsorption.
