摘要
高校学生党员教育管理工作是高校学生管理的重要组成部分,如何对其进行评价,构建一个科学的、定性与定量相结合的高校学生党员教育管理工作评价模型是亟需解决的课题。文章通过研究前人的成果,结合管理职能、层次分析法和模糊数学理论,提出构建高校学生党员教育管理工作评价模型。
The education and management of college student Party members is an important part of the management of college students. How to evaluate it and construct a scientific, qualitative and quantitative evaluation model of college student Party member education and management is an urgent topic. In this paper, we put forward the evaluation model of college student Party member education and management based on the results of previous studies, combined with the management functions, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theory.
