连续浇水冷却刹车对C/SiC刹车材料性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of continuous water-cool brake on properties of C/SiC brake materials

摘要 采用化学气相渗透法(CVI)结合反应熔体浸渗法(RMI)制备了C/SiC飞机刹车材料,对材料的微观结构进行了分析,并重点研究了连续浇水冷却刹车对材料各项性能的影响。结果表明,在连续浇水冷却刹车条件下,C/SiC刹车材料摩擦磨损性能较为稳定,湿态衰减率仅为2.64%,磨损率为1.47μm·面^(-1)·次^(-1);C/SiC刹车材料表面及内部结构完整,力学强度没有明显降低;C/SiC刹车材料基体的抗氧化性能仍然较强且热学性能稳定。因此,C/SiC刹车材料能够满足飞机全天候及在各种着陆环境下安全服役的条件。 The C/SiC brake materials were prepared by the combination of chemical vapor infiltration(CVI) and reactive melt infiltration(RMI).The microstructure characteristics of the composites were analyzed,and the effect of continuous water-cool brake on properties of the composites was systematically investigated.The results show that at the continuous water-cool brake condition,the tribological properties of the C/SiC brake materials are stable,the wet fading ratio is just about 2.64%,and the linear wear rate is1.47μm/(cycle·face).The surface and inside of composites maintain structure integrity,and the mechanical strength does not fall.The substrate has no oxidation and the thermal properties are stable.So,the C/SiC brake materials are able to satisfy the safe service conditions of the plane that is used in all weather and all landing environment.
