摘要
通过对国内外医学人文教育现状分析,提出实施医学生人文教育全程、多学科整合的必要性。结合实践,从“显性课程、隐性课程及整合课程”三个模块建设探讨了医学人文教育全程、多学科整合课程体系的具体内涵。从“培养目标、师资团队建设、教学方法改进与创新及医学生人文素养评价”等方面总结了课程体系在教学实践中的工作要点。
Based on the analyses of the status of humanistic medicine education both at home and abroad, the article emphasized the need for the implement of medical humanities education with the whole process and multidisciplinary integration. In combination with practice, from the three modules of the "explicit curriculum, implicit curriculum and integrated curriculum", the author discussed the specific connotation of the whole course of medical humanities education. The article also summarized the main points of the course system in teaching practice from the aspects of training objectives, teaching staff construction, teaching methods improvement and innovation, and humanistic quality evaluation of medical students.
