江门市6～16岁儿童青少年精神心理障碍流行病学调查

An investigation of mental disorders for 6～16 years old children and adolescents in Jiangmen city

目的调查江门市6~16岁儿童青少年精神心理障碍流行病学状况。方法选取1 200名6~16岁儿童青少年作为调查对象,采用长处与困难问卷（SDQ）、发育和健康状况评定问卷（DAWBA）筛查并诊断精神心理障碍患病率。结果 1 200名儿童青少年中,精神心理障碍患病率为3.92%,其中情绪障碍患病率高于品行障碍、注意缺陷多动障碍的患病率（P〈0.05）。男孩的精神心理障碍患病率显著高于女孩（P〈0.05）,不同年龄段之间的患病率差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论江门市儿童青少年精神心理障碍患病率较高,与性别、年龄等因素有关。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of mental disorders for 6 ~ 16 years old children and adolescents in Jiangmen city. Methods A total of 1 200 6 ~ 16 years old children and adolescents were selected and assessed with the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire（ SDQ）,Development and Well Being Assessment（ DAWBA） and diagnosed with DSM-IV. Results It was 3. 92% for the detectable rate of mental disorders in the children and adolescents and the detectable rate of emotional disorder in them was significantly higher than the rate of conduct disorder and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder（ P〈0. 05）. The detectable rate of mental disorders in boys was significantly higher than that in girls（ P〈0. 05）. There was significant difference among different age periods in the detectable rate in children and adolescents（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion It＇s high for the detectable rate of mental disorders in the children and adolescents of Jiangmen city,which is related to the gender and age of them.
