Through the analysis of situation of teenagers use mobile phones, the structures and functions of ＂Baby Guard＂ were introduced. The core functions of the platform were analyzed in detail from different aspects. The several key technologies involved in the process of platform developed were listed, including mobile device management technology, encryption technology, cross-platform adaptation technology and real-time push technology. Finally, the effects and advantages of ＂Baby Guard＂ platform were summarized.
