摘要
铜陵发电厂六期#5机组是安徽省首台单机容量为1000MW的超超临界发电机组,通过主变压器升压至500kV接入华东电网,该主变压器为三相一体变压器,在百万机组选型中尚属首次采用。三相一体变压器在制造、布置、运行中具有明显的优势,提高了供电的经济性及可靠性。但该变压器在运行初期也碰到了低压侧升高座温度高的问题,经多方分析处理,最终在检修中解决了温度高的问题,目前变压器运行状况良好。
No.5 unit of Tongling Power Plant Phase 6 is the first power generator unit with the capacity of 1000MW in Anhui Province. It access to East China power grid through the main transformer increasing to 500kV. The Main Transformer is a three-phase transformer which is first adopted in one million units. The three-phase transformer has obvious advantages in manufacturing, layout and operation, which improves the economy and reliability of power supply. But the transformer also encountered the low pressure side of a high temperature rising problem in the early operation. After the analysis, we finally solved the problem of high temperature in the maintenance. The transformer currently runs in good condition.
