摘要
本文以海南电网220 kV三亚东变电站10kV纯电缆构成的配电系统为例,对采用小电阻接地方式的有关技术问题进行了理论阐述,并按照规程规:对人身安全、供电可靠性,故障时舜态电压、瞬态电流对电气设备以及对通信的影响和继电保护技术有关要求进行了校验、分析和计算,因采用小电阻接地方式对配电变压器保护引起的问题提出了具体的解决方法。
In this paper, correlated issues in low resistance grounding mode are investigated with the example of all cable 10kV distribution network of Sanyadong 220kV Substation in Hainan power grid. Regarding to related standards(4): Check, analysis and calculation have been done in earch field of personal safety, reliability of power supply, the effect in electrical devices and communication caused by fault transient voltage(FTV) and fault transient current (FTC), relaying protection. The specific solutions of distribution transformer protection in low resistance grounding mode are proposed in this paper.
