摘要 在高层(超高层)建筑拼装大跨度悬挑钢桁架连廊施工过程中,存在诸多的技术、安全难点。通过利用工地上现有的起重机械设备,进行了双向悬挑大跨度钢结构连廊的高空悬拼施工,从钢桁架受力模型分析,钢构件拼装顺序、变形预控、焊缝质量控制、保证高空作业人员安全防护及钢结构主体完成后期装饰施工操作平台设计等方面均进行了周密的综合组织安排,取得了较好的效果,值得类似项目借鉴。 There are lots of technical and safety difficulties during the assembly construction of long-span cantilever steel truss corridor in high-rise(ultra high-rise) building. Through utilization of available crane machinery on construction site, the overhead cantilever assembly construction of two-way cantilever long-span steel structure corridor has been conducted. Furthermore, a careful and comprehensive organization and arrangement, such as from analysis of steel truss forced model to assembly sequence of steel components, to deformation pre-control, toweld seam quality control,to protection of steeplejacks and to safety and operational platform design for decoration of major steel structure in later stage have also been conducted accordingly,which has achieved good results and is worthy of reference for similar projects.
