奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床效果观察

目的探讨奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2015年3月我院收治的胃溃疡合并胃出血患者88例,将其平均分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组患者采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组患者在奥美拉唑治疗的基础上联合应用铝碳酸镁。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,临床症状改善时间及住院时间短于对照组。结论奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血疗效显著,安全性高,症状改善快,值得在临床上广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Omeprazole Hydrotalcid merger bleeding ulcer treatment. Methods The selected consolidated bleeding ulcer patients from January 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital88 cases,which were divided into 2 groups of 44 cases,were named as the observation group and the control group. In the control group were treated with omeprazole treatment,patients in the observation group aluminum magnesium treatment on the basis of the combination of omeprazole. Results The patients with clinical efficiency was higher in patients with adverse events was lower than in the control group of patients,clinical symptoms and hospitalization time is shorter than the control group patients. Conclusion Omeprazole Hydrotalcid merger bleeding ulcer treatment effect is significant,safe,rapid symptom improvement,little effecton the patient,the kind of treatment in clinical practice is worth generalized.
