妊娠糖尿病孕妇糖化血红蛋白 甲状腺激素水平的临床变化及意义

Pregnant women with gestational diabetes glycated hemoglobin clinical changes and significance of thyroid hormone levels

目的探讨妊娠糖尿病孕妇糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、甲状腺激素水平的临床变化及意义。方法随机选取2014年6月—2015年8月期间我院收治的120例妊娠糖尿病孕妇的临床资料(观察组),选择同期正常体检孕妇120例(对照组)。测定2组游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_3)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)、总甲状腺素(T_4)、促甲状腺激素(T_SH)、游离甲状腺素(FT_4)、空腹血糖(FBG)。结果观察组FT_3、T_3、T_4、FT_4水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FBG、Hb A_1c水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hb Alc与FT_3浓度呈负相关,与FBG呈正相关。结论妊娠糖尿病孕妇糖化血红蛋白、甲状腺激素水平是检测妊娠糖尿病病情的良好指标,能够为诊断与治疗提供科学的参考依据。

Objective To investigate the pregnant women with gestational diabetes glycated hemoglobin （HbA1c） and clinical changes and significance of thyroid hormone levels. Methods Randomly selected from June 2014 - August 2015 admitted during the period of the clinical data of 120 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes （observation group） and normal physical examination at the same time, choose the same period 120 cases of pregnant women （control group）.Determination of patients selected personnel free three iodine glycine （FF3） and thyroid iodine thyroid original glycine （T3）, total thyroxine （T4）, thyroid stimulating factor （TSH） free thyroxine （FT4）, fasting blood glucose （FBG）.Results The observation group,level significantly lower than the control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant;FBG, HbA1c level of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.HbA1c and a negative correlation, and FBG were positively correlatefl. Conclusion Pregnant women with gestational diabetes glycated hemoglobin, thyroid hormone level is a good index for detecting gestational diabetes, can the clinical diagnosis and treatment for this disease to provide scientific reference basis.
