cTnIhs-CRP和BNP在心力衰竭患者诊断及治疗中的价值被引量：1

摘要目的分析心肌肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和B型钠尿肽(BNP)在心力衰竭患者诊断及治疗中的价值。方法比较分析我院收治的100例心力衰竭患者血清c Tn I、hs-CRP和血浆BNP水平情况。结果随着心功能分级增加血清c Tn I、hs-CRP和血浆BNP水平呈现逐渐升高趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后血清c Tn I、hs-CRP和血浆BNP水平均明显下降,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 c Tn I、hs-CRP和BNP是诊断心力衰竭,判断心功能和评估预后效果的可靠指标。
