中药穴位贴敷配合辨证施护治疗小儿咳喘的效果观察

Chinese medicine acupoint sticking with differentiation of young child to cough and gasp the nursing treatment effect is observed

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷配合辨证施护治疗小儿咳喘的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月—11月我科住院诊断咳嗽、肺炎喘嗽的患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组。对照组给予常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加中药穴位贴敷治疗,观察咳喘症状改善、啰音、胸部X线吸收情况、副作用及家长满意度。结果观察组总有效率93.75%,患儿家属满意度93.75%;对照组总有效率83.75%,患儿家属满意度83.75%,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无明显毒副反应发生。结论中药穴位贴敷配合辨证施护治疗小儿咳喘疗效显著、简单安全、家长满意度高,值得推广。

Objective to investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points were applied with differentiation of the young child to cough and gasp the nursing treatment effectiveness and parents satisfaction.Methods in January 2013- November 2013,I division in the hospital diagnosis of children with cough asthma,pneumonia as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group given conventional treatment,the observation group in the control group conventional treatment on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy,observation to cough and gasp the symptoms improvement,rale and X-ray absorption and hospitalization days,side effects and parents satisfaction. Results observation group 80 cases,total effective rate（93.75%）cured ＋ ＋ effectively improved,families of children with satisfaction by 93.75%; The control group,80 cases of total effective rate 83.75%,83.75% of families of children with satisfaction. In the two groups in the total effective rate（P〈0.05）and the families of children with satisfaction（P〈0.05）there were significant differences,observation group were superior to control group,and no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint sticking with the nursing treatment based young child to cough and gasp the curative effect is distinct,simple and safe,parents satisfaction is high,is worth promoting.
