子宫内膜异位症相关性卵巢癌组织中P53和survivin蛋白表达水平分析

Expressions of P53 and survivin proteins in endometriosis associated ovarian cancer tissue

目的探讨子宫内膜异位症相关性卵巢癌(endometriosis associated ovarian cancer,EAOC)组织中P53和survivin蛋白表达水平。方法 64例EAOC患者为EAOC组,50例女性体检健康者为对照组,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测2组子宫内膜组织P53、survivin蛋白的表达情况;比较EAOC不同临床分期P53和survivin蛋白的阳性指数(positive index,PI)差异。结果 EAOC组P53、survivin蛋白阳性率(64.06%、59.38%)高于对照组(0、0)(P<0.05);EAOC临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期P53的PI值分别为78.3±4.7、88.2±4.3、92.7±3.4、98.3±1.4,survivin蛋白的PI值分别为79.4±6.2、87.5±4.4、90.2±2.3、96.6±1.5,不同病理分期PI值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EAOC患者P53及survivin蛋白阳性表达率增高,P53及survivin蛋白对EAOC的发展有协同作用。

Objective To explore the expressions of P53 and survivin proteins in endometriosis associted ovarian cancer （EAOC） tissue. Methods The expressions P53 and survivin proteins were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 64 patients with EAOC （EAOC group） and 50 female healthy volunteers （control group）. The positive indexes of P53 and survivin proteins were compared among different EAOC stages. Results The positive rates of P53 and survivin proteins were significantly higher in observation group （64. 06%, 59. 38%） than those in control group （0, 0） （P〈 0.05）. The positive indexes of P53 protein were 78.3±4.7, 88.2±4.3, 92.7±3.4 and 98.3±1.4, and the positive indexes of survivin protein were 79.4±6.2, 87.5±4.4, 90.2±2.3 and 96.6±1.5 in clinical I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ and IV stages of EAOC, showing significant differences among different stages （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The positive expression rates of P53 and survivin proteins increase in EAOC patients, and P53 and survivin proteins have a synergistic effect on the development of EAOC.
