摘要
目的:分析Web of Science收录的生物可吸收螺钉研究文献,揭示生物可吸收螺钉的研究现状和热点,为研究人员提供参考。方法:以Web of Science数据库为检索对象,截止时间为2014年6月,采用词频分析、共现分析、引文分析、中心度分析和社会网络分析方法,绘制生物可吸收螺钉文献的知识图谱。对年度论文数量、关键词、论文国家、研究方向以及发文期刊分析;绘制作者合作图谱,揭示该领域的主要学术合作群体;绘制文献共被引图谱,揭示该研究领域的知识基础;绘制机构合作知识图谱,揭示该领域国际合作的研究机构。结果:检索并筛选得到1 489篇文献题录和27 150条引文,对生物可吸收螺钉研究论文较多的依次是美国、德国、芬兰、中国,研究热点主要集中在螺钉材料、螺钉成型方式和螺钉的临床应用研究;以Tormala P、Bostman O,Ashammakhi N、Rokkanen P、Pohjonen P为主的作者合作群体的数量较大、合作频率较高;共被引分析和中心度分析揭示了以芬兰学者Bostman O为代表的研究形成了该领域研究的基础文献;国际机构间合作形成了以芬兰的赫尔辛基大学、坦佩雷科技大学为主和以哈佛大学、匹兹堡大学为主的两大国际合作群。结论:中国在可吸收螺钉领域具有较强的研究实力,但应进一步加强研究者之间和机构之间的国际国内合作。
Objective:To analyze the indexed research literature of bioabsorbable screw on Web of Science,to reveal the research status and hotspots of bioabsorbable screw,and to provide a reference for researchers. Methods:The knowledge graph of biological absorbable screw literature was drawn by word frequency analysis,co-occurrence analysis,citation analysis,central degree analysis and social network analysis methods based on Web of Science database. The deadline was June 2014. The annual number of papers,keywords,countries of the papers, research direction and posting journal were analyzed. The maps of the co-authors were drawn to reveal the main academic cooperation groups in the field. The maps of literature co-citation were drawn to reveal the knowledge base of such research field. The knowledge maps of agency cooperation were drawn to reveal the research institutions of international cooperation in such research field. Results:Totally 1 489 bibliography and 27 150 quotation were obtained by retrieving and screening. The research papers on bioabsorbable screw were largely from the United States,followed by Germany, Finland and China; and the research focus was mainly on screw material,screw forming method and clinical study of screws. Author cooperation group dominated by Tormala P,Bostman O,Ashammakhi N,Rokkanen P,Pohjonen P has larger number and higher frequency of cooperation. Co-citation analysis and centrality analysis revealed that the research by Finnish scholar Bostman O formed the basis of literature research in this field.For the international agencies cooperation,two main international cooperation groups between University of Helsinki and Tampere University of Technology as well as between Harvard University and University of Pittsburgh were formed. Conclusion:China has great research potential in bioabsorbable screw,however,the domestic and international cooperation between researchers and institutions should be enhanced.
