摘要
低水胶比混凝土因其内部自干燥,早期产生显著的自收缩变形,进而导致混凝土早期开裂。在混凝土中掺入内养护材料,这种材料通过先吸水再释放水这个过程对混凝土的内养护具有积极的作用。混凝土中的胶凝材料进行水化反应时需要充足的水分,当水分不足时,内养护材料就会释放水分补给水化所需水分。这使得水化反应能够连续不间断地进行,从而能有效地降低混凝土的自收缩和早龄期的自干燥。阐述了国内外混凝土养护技术的现状,分析了内养护对混凝土性能的影响。
The concrete with low water/brinder (W/B) ratio experiences self-desiccation during its hydration process,leading to a considerable high autogenous shrinkage deformation during hardening. In curing materials mixed with concrete plays the role of internal reservoir. When there is not enough moisture in the process of hydration, The water in the curing material will continue to create conditions for the hydration reaction. Hence,the autogenous shrink- age of the concrete with low W/B ratio can be significantly reduced. The current research situations of internal curing technologies are discussed and the effects of internal curing on concrete are analyzed.
