摘要
专业技术人员是现代技术企业的战略性人力资源,是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。该文结合职业生涯发展规律,对专业技术人员的培训工作进行了实证研究。研究结果显示:基于职业生涯规划开展专业技术人员的培训与开发,既能使企业获得长期稳定的智力资本,又能有效保证员工自身发展和家庭生活和谐。
Professional and technical personnel is the is also an important part of the central competitiveness strategic human resource of modern technical enterprises, and of enterprises. Based on the regularity of the career development, this paper makes an empirical study on the training of professional and technical personnel. Research results show that., professional and technical personnel training and development based on career planning, not only can make the enterprise to obtain the long--term stable intellectual capital, hut also can effectively ensure development of the employees self and harmony in their family lives.
