摘要
中国加入WTO之后 ,中国企业人力资源所面对的既是挑战 ,又是机遇。对此进行分析并提出相应对策 ,有助于全面推进企业的人力资源开发与管理 ,快速提高企业竞争力 。
The human resources in Chinese enterprises are faced not only with challenge but also with opportunity after China entering WTO Analyzing on it and putting forward corresponding countermeasures may comprehensively promote the development and management of human resources in enterprises in China
