Optimization of extraction and purification for alkaloids of Sophora flavescens by safe, effective and quality controllable research mode

目的探讨中药安全、有效、质量可控的研究方法。方法以苦参总碱提取纯化工艺为研究对象,采用安全、有效、质量可控的研究模式,指导其工艺的研究。结果筛选出药效高、毒性小、理化指标合理的工艺并制定与其相关的质量标准。结论证明采用该研究模式对指导中药工艺研究是可行的。

Objective To determine the safe, effective, and quality-controllable research method for traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Alkaloids of Sophora flavescens was taken as the research objects, and a safe, effective and quality-controllable research mode was used. Results We screened the process, with high efficacy, small toxicity, and reasonable physicochemical indexes and establishied related quality standards. Conclusion This research mode is feasible for the process of traditional Chinese medicine.
