脱氢表雄酮在卵巢储备功能降低患者中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,卵巢储备功能降低患者在不孕女性中比例呈上升趋势,卵巢储备功能降低患者,诱发排卵困难,临床妊娠率低而流产率高,是目前不孕症治疗的难点及热点之一。目前研究表明,脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)具有弱雄激索作用,对卵巢功能有一定的影响,可改善卵巢储备功能。本文就DHEA补充治疗对卵巢储备功能下降行体外受精-胚胎移植患者的研究进展做一综述。
