Research on Technological Innovation to Promote the Economic Growth of Henan

打造区域经济创新驱动,是党的十八届五中全会的重要议题。通过梳理技术创新促进河南经济增长的微观机理发现,发挥技术创新在经济增长中所产生的企业规模效应、产业聚集效应和区域结构效应是实现河南创新驱动的现实路径。同时,在此基础上,基于索洛增长速度方程测算河南省1990—2014年,技术创新对经济增长的贡献率,结果显示:技术创新对河南经济增长的贡献率呈现稳步上升趋势,但总体水平偏低,近5年的平均贡献率不足44%,这与到2020年实现贡献率达到60%的目标存在一定差距。最后,提出要从完善制度创新顶层设计、加快自主科技创新、提高创新成果转化效率等三个方面,强化技术创新拉动河南经济增长的能力。

To drive regional economic innovation, is an important topic of the eighteen session of the fifth plenary session of the 18th Central Committee.Through combing the micro mechanism of technological innovation to promote the economic growth of Henan, it is found that the scale effect, industrial agglomeration effect and the regional structure effect are the realistic paths of Henan innovation driven by technological innovation.At the same time, on this basis, based on the Solow growth rate equation to calculate the Henan province 1990---2014, the contribution of technological innovation to the economic growth rate, results show： technological innovation contribution to economic growth in Henan Province rate has shown a steady upward trend, but the overall level is low, for nearly five years, the average contribution rate of less than 44%, which and by 2020 to achieve the contribution rate reach 60% of the target there is a certain gap between.Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the economic growth of Henan technology innovation.
