北京市区域协调发展的综合测度

Comprehensive Measure of Regional Coordinate Development in Beijing

通过构建评价指标体系,测算了2011—2013年北京市16区县人口、经济、资源与环境子系统的综合发展指数,并运用协调度模型,深入分析了此间北京市各系统区域协调发展水平。发现:不同的年份,北京市16区县的人口、经济、资源与环境的系统协调发展存在空间差异,且差异显著;在相同的年份,各个区域的系统协调发展也呈现出波动状态;这表明北京市各个区县人口、经济、资源与环境的发展存在不协调问题;进一步运用空间计量经济模型,发现北京市系统协调水平存在空间依赖性。

By constructing evaluation index system, estimated comprehensive development index of population, economy, resources and environment subsystems from 2011 to 2013 of 16 districts in Beijing. The study used coordinate model and in-depth analyze the level of coordinated development of various systems of 16 districts in Beijing. The key findings of the paper are： there was a spatial difference that the difference was remarkable of Beijing 16 districts＇ unified development of population, economy, resources that environment in different years; and even in the same year, the coordinated development of all regions have also shown volatility. The study further used spatial econometric model discovered the existence of spatial dependence of the level of coordination systems in Beijing. From the results of empirical research, the paper proposed the policy recommendations.
