The interactive relationship between the rapid development of science and technology and human being＇s all-round development, which is one of the important subjects needing to be solved in the course of realizing human being＇ s all-round development, has important significance on the construction of harmonious socialist society in China. Through analyzing the positive effect and negative effect of scientific and technological progress on human being, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on the treatment of the relationship between the two sides at this stage in China for the ultimate realization of human being＇ s all-round development.
