愈合室设计对茄子、番茄、西瓜嫁接成活率的影响

摘要 介绍了3种不同类型的愈合室对茄子、番茄、西瓜嫁接后成活率的影响,根据实验结果,指出工厂化愈合室和研究型愈合室的成活率相近(分别是69%和66%),均高于简易式愈合室(仅为52%);番茄在3种愈合室中成活率都很高(96%~98%),说明湿度高并不是番茄嫁接成活率高的必要条件,茄子在湿度降低后,存活率从90%降到60%,说明高湿度是茄子嫁接成功的必要条件,西瓜嫁接成活率最低(为7%),其原因在于嫁接技术问题,与愈合室没有相关性。 This paper introduces the influence of three different kinds of healing room on the grafting survival rate of eggplant, tomato and watermelon, and based on the test results, points out that the grafting survival rates of industrial healing room and research healing room are very close (respectively 69% and 66% ), higher than that of simple healing room(only 52% ); the grafting survival rates of tomato in three kinds of healing rooms are very high(96%-98% ), indicating that high humidity is not essential for high survival rate of grafted tomato, the grafting survival rate of grafted eggplant dropped from 90% to 60% with humidity decreasing, indicating that grafting,and the grafting survival rates of watermelon is the lowest techniques, and is not associated with healing room. high humidity is essential for the success of eggplant (7%), its reason lies in the application of grafting
