兔绿脓杆菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa from Diarrhea Rabbits

重庆市忠县某兔场发生了以腹泻为主要特征的疾病,通过细菌分离培养、染色镜检、生化试验、动物接种试验、16SrDNA基因扩增及测序;结果表明,该菌属绿脓杆菌,其基因序列与绿脓杆菌同源性为100%。该菌对头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮、壮观霉素、氟哌酸、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星高度敏感。

The bacteria were isolated from diarrhea rabbits in a rabbit farm in Zhongxian area of Chongqingcity, classified to Pseudomonas aeruginosa by morphological examination, biochemical tests, animal inoculationtest, 16 Sr DNA gene amplification and sequencing. These bacteria were sensitive to cefotaxime, cefoperazone,spectinomycin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin.
