三维斑点追踪显像技术评价健康孕妇分娩前后左心室收缩功能结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用三维超声斑点追踪显像技术(3D-STI)评价健康孕妇妊娠前后左心室收缩功能的改变。方法选取健康妊娠晚期妇女25例(妊娠组),同期健康未孕妇女25例(对照组)。使用3D-STI测量对照组及妊娠组产前左心室整体纵向收缩期峰值应变(LVGLS)、左心室整体环向收缩期峰值应变(LVGCS)、左心室整体径向收缩期峰值应变(LVGRS)、左心室整体面积收缩期峰值应变(LVGAS)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室每搏量(LVSV)及左心室射血分数(LVEF);妊娠组分娩后6周(妊娠后)复查,并作比较。结果与对照组比较,妊娠组产前LVEDV、LVSV、LVEF、LVGLS、LVGCS、LVGRS及LVGAS均增高(P均<0.05);妊娠组产前、妊娠后比较,LVEDV、LVSV、LVGLS及LVGAS差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),LVEF、LVGRS及LVGCS差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);妊娠组妊娠后与对照组比较,LVEDV、LVSV、LVGLS及LVGAS差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 3D-STI为临床评价健康孕妇妊娠前后左心室收缩功能的变化提供了新的方法。
