膀胱阴道瘘的治疗体会(附13例报告)

Treatment of vesicovaginal fistula(Report of 13 cases)

目的：探讨医源性膀胱阴道瘘的治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析我院2010~2014年13例膀胱阴道瘘患者的临床资料。13例患者均经膀胱镜检查诊断明确。所有患者给予经膀胱路径手术修补。结果：13例患者均手术成功,无漏尿发生。结论：膀胱阴道瘘的治疗以开放修补为主,掌握手术技巧可以提高修补的成功率。

Objective： To explore the treatment of vesicovaginal fistula. Method： Data of 13 patients with vesicovaginal fistula who were admitted into our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were diagnosed by cystoseopy. All patients underwent neoplasty through bladder ap： proach. Result： Thirteen cases were cured by operation and no urinary leakage occurred. Conclusion： Open repair is still the main treatment of vesicovaginal fistula. Mastering surgical skills can improve the success rate.
