胸骨旁小切口在纵隔疾病诊断中的应用价值

Application value of small parasternal incision in the diagnosis of mediastinal disease

目的探讨胸骨旁小切口在纵隔疾病诊断中的优点及其临床应用价值。方法 2l例诊断为纵隔疾病的患者行胸骨旁小切口进行活检。结果 21例均通过胸骨旁小切口取到足够的组织标本并得到明确的病理学诊断,无一例患者发生与手术相关并发症。结论胸骨旁小切口活检术技术操作简单,无需特殊设备,对患者创伤小、恢复快、并发症少,易于为患者接受,对纵隔疾病的诊断有应用价值。

Objective To explore the advantages and clinical value of small parasternal incision in the diagnosis of mediastinal diseases. Methods A total of 21 patients who were diagnosed as mediastihal diseases received biopsy via the small parasternal incision. Results Enough tissue samples were ob- tained and diagnosed with pathology in all patients. Each patient got timely treatment and none of them experienced related complications. Conclusion Biopsy via the small parasternal incision is a simple operation without special requirement for equipment. It has advantages in small trauma, rapid recovery and few complications ,which could be easily accepted by patients. It has certain application values in the diagnosis of mediastinal diseases and can serve as a useful supplement for other diagnostic methods. It is worthy of being spread in the primary hospitals and undeveloped areas.
