摘要
目的探讨δ-catenin蛋白表达与乳腺癌临床病理参数的相关性及其与预后的相关性。方法收集乳腺癌标本145例,乳腺纤维腺瘤组织34例,应用SP免疫组化法检测δ-catenin蛋白的表达情况,并分析与乳腺癌患者临床病理参数的相关性。结果乳腺纤维腺瘤中δ-catenin蛋白表达阳性率为17.5%(6/34),乳腺癌中δ-catenin蛋白表达阳性率为65.5%(95/145),与乳腺纤维腺瘤组织比较,δ-catenin蛋白阳性表达率显著高于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织(P<0.01)。在乳腺癌组织中,δ-catenin蛋白表达与患者TNM分期、淋巴结转移正相关。δ-catenin蛋白表达与患者年龄、绝经状态、病理类型、肿瘤大小、ER、PR、HER-2和Ki67蛋白表达比较均未见相关性。生存分析发现,δ-catenin蛋白表达与乳腺癌患者总生存(OS)和无复发生存(RFS)时间相关,δ-catenin阳性表达的乳腺癌患者,OS和RFS时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中,δ-catenin蛋白高表达与患者临床分期、淋巴结转移表达和临床预后相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation of δ-catenin expression with clinicalpathological parameters in breast cancer.Methods δ-catenin protein expression were detected in 278 cases of sporadic breast cancers and 46 cases of breast fibroadenoma tissues using immunohistochemistry( SP method). The correlations of moesin with the clinicalpathological parameters were analyzed. Results The positive immunostaining rate of δ-catenin in fibroadenoma tissues were 17. 5%(6 /34),the positive immunostaining rate ofδ-catenin in breast cancer were 65. 5%(95 /145). The positive immunostaining rate of δ-catenin significantly higher than that in fibroadenoma tissues( P〈 0. 01). The expression of δ-catenin in breast cancer tissues was positive related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. In contrast,no correlation was found between the δ-catenin expression and histological types,age,menopause status,tumor type,tumor size,ER,PR HER-2 and Ki-67 expression. The survival analysis showed that the expression of δ-catenin protein in breast cancer patients had significant effect on the OS time and RFS time. Patients with δ-catenin expression had shorter OS and RFS time(P〈 0. 05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of δ-catenin protein in breast cancer tissues was correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.
