摘要
目的探讨在保证图像质量的基础上,通过降低管电压来降低头颈动脉成像的辐射剂量,评价低管电压头颈部CTA的应用价值。方法将2011年2月至2014年11月期间可疑头颈动脉病变来我院行64排螺旋CT头颈部CTA的100例受检者作为研究对象,随机分成低剂量与对照组。应用统计学软件SPSS13.0对低剂量和常规剂量方法得到的两组图像的CT值、SD、SNR、CNR和ED等进行统计学对比分析。结果A、B两组动脉CT值、SD、SNR的结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中CNR,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),管电压的降低并未对其造成明显的影响;受检者年龄、体重指数(BMI),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B两组受检者ED,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组受检者头颈动脉图像质量评分(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。A组受检者比B组减少了约36.56%的有效受线剂量。实现了图像质量在满足诊断要求的前提下降低受检者有效受线剂量的预期目标。结论应用64层螺旋CT采用低管电压(100kV)行头颈部CTA检查在保证图像质量的同时,降低了头颈部CTA的辐射剂量。
Objective To explore the application of low tube voltage Head and Neck artery CTA on the basis of ensuring imaging quality,by ruducing tube voltage to diminish Head and Neck artery imaging radiation dosage.Methods Choose 100 patients performed 64-Slice Spiral CT scanning on Head and Neck,who were suspected suffering from cerebral and carotid artery diseases during February,2011 and November,2014,as subjects,and group them into two groups Low-dose group and contrast group,To preform64-Slice Spiral CT(MSCT)scanning and imaging,aquire transverse imaging and reconstruct VR,CPR and MPR imaging.Radiation dosage index main appraise effective dosage(ED).Perform statistical contrast analysis on the CT,SD,SNR,CNR and ED of two groups with SPSS13.0statistic sofeware.Results There is significance in statastics between two groups in CT,SD and SNR(P〈0.05),no significance in CNR(P〈0.05),the tube voltage does not affect its result.And there is no correlation between ages of patients,body mass index(BMI)(P〈0.05)and its value.The ED of the patients show clear satatistic difference(P〈0.05),the quality of iamaging of Head and Neck artery shows no difference(P〈0.05).Under the condition of the same electric current,The radiation dosage of A reduced 36.56% of group B.The study has achibeved the anticipating goals that the radiation dosage has been reduced under the precondition of meeting the needs of imaging quality diagnosis.Conclusion 64-Slice Spiral CT(MSCT)low tube voltage(100KV)has been applied in the eaamination of Head and Neck CTA.The quality of imaging should be ensured to choose low dosage parameter as reasonable as possible,to reduce the damage of radiation.
