超声弹性成像评估股浅静脉血栓形成在时间分期中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨组织弹性成像联合声辐射力脉冲弹性成像在股浅静脉血栓形成时间分期中的应用价值。方法总结我院50例下肢股浅静脉血栓患者,术前行彩色多普勒超声、组织弹性成像及剪切波弹性成像检查,得出组织弹性成像及剪切波弹性成像数据与股浅静脉血栓组织病理学结果对照,分析不同时间血栓的超声成像特征。结果急性期、亚急性期及慢性期血栓表现分别以灰色、绿色及红色为主,慢性期组高硬度百分比值最高,急性期组剪切波速度最慢。结论超声弹性成像技术对定量评估股浅静脉血栓形成时间有一定价值。 Objective To explore the value of tissue elasticity imaging combined with ultrasound shear wave elastography imaging in the evaluation of superficial femoral venous thrombosis. Methods 50 cases of superficial femoral venous thrombosis were treated at our hospital. They were examined by color Doppler ultrasound, tissue elasticity imaging, and shear wave elasticity imaging. Their tissue elasticity imaging and shear wave elasticity imaging data were compared with the results of superficial femoral vein thrombosis. The ultrasound imaging characteristics of thrombus at different times were analyzed. Results The main color was gray in acute thrombosis, green in sub-acute, and red in elastic moduli. The percentage of hard material of the elastic moduli group was the highest. The shear wave velocity was the slowest in acute thrombosis. Conclusion Ultrasonic elastic imaging technology has some value for quantitative assessment of the formation time of superficial femoral vein thrombosis.
