护理干预措施在慢性脑供血不足患者中的应用效果分析

Nursing intervention for patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency

目的探讨和观察护理干预措施对慢性脑供血不足患者的效果分析。方法选取在本院2013年1月至2014年1月收治的慢性脑供血不足的患者80例，随机地分为观察组（n=40）和对照组（n=40），对照组患者实施常规的护理措措施，观察组患者实施综合性的护理干预措施。观察比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、忧郁自评量表（SDS）评分、治疗依从性效果及生活质量。结果干预前，两组患者SDS和SAS得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），观察组的依从率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的生活质量改善效果比对照组更为显著（P〈0．05）；观察组在躯体功能、认知功能、情感能力、总体健康等方面显著优于对照组患者（P〈0．05）。结论对慢性脑供血不足患者实施护理干预措施，可以明显改善其心理状态以及提高患者的依从性和生存质量。

Objectives To explore the effect for patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency （CCCI）. Methods Eighty patients with CCCI treated at our hospital from January, 2013 to January, 2014 were recruited and randomly divided into an observation group （n=40） and a control group （n=40）. The control group were given usual nursing care, while the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention measures. The score of self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS）, the treatment compliance, and the quality of life were compared between these two groups. Results Before the intervention, there were no statistical differences in the scores of SAS and SDS between these groups （P〉0.05）. The treatment compliance was better in the observation group than the control group （P〈0.05）. After the intervention, the quality of life was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. After the intervention, the physical function, cognitive function, emotional abilities, and overall health were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing intervention for patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency can significantly improve their psychological state and quality of life and increase their treatment compliance.
