主要从样品前处理、分离富集、分析检测整个程序上,对近年来富硒酵母中硒的形态学分析所取得的进展进行全面综述,以期为富硒酵母的合理利用提供参考。

We reviewed the development of selenium speciation analysis in selenium enriched yeast in recent years,mainly from the whole process including the sample pretreatment,separation and enrichment,detection and analysis,to provide reference for rational utilization of selenium enriched yeast.
